Terms of Use and Course Access

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to basically-management.com and the private online educational courses and services offered by Basically Management LLC. By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase through the site.

Educational purpose and certificate limitations

Course content is general private education. It is not legal advice, tax advice, individualized professional advice, a professional license, Florida Bar certification, court or government approval, continuing-education credit, an academic degree, or authorization to practice law or provide regulated services. Completion certificates document completion of the applicable private course only.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Course access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to allow another person to complete course requirements. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

Purchase, delivery, and access

  • Prices and available discounts are shown on the applicable product page and checkout before payment.
  • After a successful purchase, sign in with the same account and email used for the order. Open “My account” to reach the purchased course.
  • Course content is delivered through this website; no separate download is required unless a course page expressly says otherwise.
  • Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Contact us if access is not available so we can verify and correct the entitlement when appropriate.

Course completion

Each course page states its modules, checkpoints, assessment, passing requirements, and certificate conditions. Learners must complete the requirements honestly and without impersonation, answer sharing, automation, or circumvention of technical controls. We may investigate irregular activity and withhold or revoke a private certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation, or material violation of these terms.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Purchase provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the purchaser to access and use the course for personal educational purposes. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, record, publicly display, create answer keys from, or commercially exploit course content, assessments, templates, certificates, branding, or website code.

Accuracy, updates, and official sources

We work to provide useful and current educational material, but laws, regulations, official guidance, prices, links, and practices change. The date shown on a course indicates its review status, not a guarantee that every source remains unchanged. Users should verify current official sources and obtain qualified advice for specific circumstances.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, use automated tools to extract protected content, submit false information, infringe rights, violate law, or use the courses to misrepresent a credential or qualification.

Payments, refunds, and disputes

Payments are processed through the provider displayed at checkout. Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate duplicate charges, entitlement failures, or other order problems.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The site and courses are provided for general educational use. Decisions involving a particular property, tenant, landlord, contract, legal deadline, tax issue, safety issue, or regulated activity should be reviewed with an appropriately qualified professional. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Basically Management is not responsible for losses caused by using educational material as a substitute for individualized professional advice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the site and will post the revised date here. Questions, access requests, and support inquiries may be sent to Info@Basically-Management.com or by telephone at 954-873-6839.
