Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to private online courses and other digital educational products sold by Basically Management LLC through basically-management.com. The products currently offered are delivered electronically; there is no physical item to return.

Requesting a cancellation or refund

Contact Info@Basically-Management.com within seven calendar days after purchase. Include the purchaser’s name, order number, course, purchase email address, and the reason for the request. Do not send payment-card or banking information by email.

How requests are evaluated

Refund requests are reviewed individually. A refund or corrective action will ordinarily be considered when there is a duplicate or unauthorized charge, the wrong course was purchased and no material course activity has occurred, or a verified technical problem prevents access and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time.

Because access to digital course materials is provided after purchase, a change-of-mind request may be denied after substantial access or use, completion of an assessment, or issuance of a certificate. Abuse, account sharing, or violation of the Terms of Use may also make an order ineligible for a discretionary refund.

Technical and access problems

Before requesting a refund for an access problem, contact us so we can verify the order, restore the entitlement, reset access where appropriate, or provide another reasonable correction. Include screenshots or error details when available, but do not send passwords or payment credentials.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. The payment provider or financial institution controls when the credit appears; processing may take approximately five to ten business days after approval. Original currency-conversion differences or third-party fees may be outside our control.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a mandatory rule gives you a different right, that rule controls.
